As per the description provided, it looks like you are unable to send emails using Outlook 2011. ![]() Also as I understand the problem started after changing your ISP from Tiscali to BT Internet. If that is correct, these issues occur as your current ISP, that is BT Internet, may not allow sending of emails from the Tiscali email server. It is not possible for BT Internet to monitor the SMTP traffic of Tiscali. As a work around you may change the Outgoing server for the Tiscali email account to use the BT Internet services SMTP server, and then authenticate the same using the BT Internet email account.
